There are no refunds as our instruments are being built on demand.
Damages and issues
All Saxo-Didge models include a one year warranty.
Damages occurring during shipment are covered by the warranty.
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The warranty does not cover damage that may incur due to mishandling* of the client.
*Mishandling includes but is not limited to prolonged exposure to sun and/or heat, external damages such as scratches and dents, physical damages due to dropping or neglect, etc.
Re-shipping a Damaged Didgeridoo
Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns of damaged Didgeridoos. To ship an item back to Saxo-Didge please:
Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment".
We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.

Replacing a Damaged Didgeridoo
Upon exercising your warranty you’ll have to wait a month or two till you get your
new Didgeridoo, as we’ll have to build it, pack it and ship it.
